At Kinaura, our tallow-based products are crafted with natural ingredients and contain no synthetic stabilizers. During warmer temperatures, products may soften or change texture while in transit. This is a natural occurrence and does not impact the quality, safety, or performance of the product. If your item arrives softened, simply place it in a cool location or refrigerate briefly to help restore its consistency. We carefully package every order and recommend tracking your shipment and bringing packages indoors as soon as possible after delivery during hot weather.
